GTC Law Group

GTC was founded in 2002 on the belief that the traditional law firm model should be redefined in order to attract the most innovative legal minds and truly partner with clients. We created a distinctly different firm, organized to be as efficient and nimble as the growth enterprises we serve.

Our results have been exceptional. We have helped early stage companies achieve significant exits and serve as M&A, IP strategy and IP transactions counsel to some of the world’s largest companies and investors.

We are a tight-knit team of lawyers and technologists working seamlessly together from coast to coast. Our aim is, and always has been, to help our clients compete better and responsibly achieve extraordinary outcomes.

We combine a deep expertise in intellectual property with an equally deep expertise in corporate transactions. We develop and execute IP strategies and help clients secure and exploit intellectual property rights worldwide. We represent Fortune 50 companies in buy-side M&A and counsel them in evaluating and executing complex IP transactions. We advise investors in assessing the value of targets and investing across many markets. We prepare clients for successful exits by building IP assets, improving business practices and identifying and addressing due diligence issues in advance. We represent entities in their formation stages and help them, their officers and boards of directors navigate corporate governance issues throughout their life cycles.
